Can I get flowers delivered to Ireland?
Yes! We deliver flowers seven days a week in Dublin and Monday to Saturday across all other delivery areas. Same-day delivery is available in Dublin for orders placed by 4pm, in selected areas of Wicklow and Kildare for orders placed by 12pm, and in selected areas of Meath and Louth for orders placed by 11am.
Can I send flowers to Ireland from abroad?
Absolutely — order from anywhere in the world and we'll hand-deliver to your recipient across Ireland.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at least 48 hours before delivery to request a change or cancellation. For Monday deliveries, contact us by 12:00 pm on Friday. During Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas periods, at least 72 hours’ notice is required.
How long will my flowers last?
With our care tips, most arrangements stay beautiful for 5–7 days.
Are your flowers fresh?
Every arrangement is hand-made to order using the finest seasonal blooms, so they arrive as fresh as possible.
How do I care for my flowers?
Trim the stems, change the water every couple of days, and keep them out of direct sunlight to enjoy them for longer.
My flowers arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email support@bloommagic.com within 4 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, partial refund or full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.
