What happens if the recipient is not home?
The courier will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a safe place if requested. If this has not happened, our courier should normally automatically reattempt delivery the following business day. However, if you are worried about the arrival of your subscription flowers, do not hesitate to get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to help you track it!
What type of flowers are sent in my subscription order?
All Bloom Magic subscription customers enjoy a seasonal bouquet weekly or fortnightly that has been carefully created and designed for that period by our artisan florist team!
Can I change my delivery address?
Of course! You can amend the delivery details for your subscription service as long as it is 48 hours before your next delivery date. Simply update this on your account or send us an email at email@example.com.
Can I amend, cancel, or pause my flower subscription?
Absolutely! You can do this at any time, simply cancel this on our site under you account or email our customer support team at : firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you! Going on holiday or away on business? No problem, You can pause our subscription service anytime, simply login into your subscription account and choose how long you want to pause for and when you wish to resume. Having trouble?
